After nine rounds, both Ritviz and Anurag Mhamal had eight points each. Ritviz had defeated Anurag in round six and drew with Amey Audi and Rishubh Naik in subsequent rounds to remain undefeated. He collected the first prize of Rs. 3500 and the trophy. Anurag Mhamal stood second. Nandini Saripalli and Snehil Shetty both scored 7.5 points each but Nandini was placed third.
