Rosary HSS took the lead in the 8th minute through Liston Colaco however Gauncar HSS turned the match on its head when they equalised through Loyd Cardozo.
Loyd soon bagged his brace in the 25th minute changing the dynamics of the match.
The second half began with Rosary HSS levelling the match 2-2 in the 37th minute with a great strike by Aaron Alvares.
In the 45th minute Lenny Fernandes gave them the lead with the scoreline at 3-2.
Gauncar HSS tried hard to get back in the game but were stopped by a staunch Rosary HSS defence.
A swift counter attack by Rosary HSS improved their advantage and Liston scored his second of the match in the 59th minute.
Liston would manage to complete his hat-trick in the dying stages of the match in the 60th minute to complete a 5-2 victory for his team.
The 5-2 victory saw Rosary HSS progress to the group stages.
