Sarvodaya Royals won the toss and elected to bat, posting 136/6 in 20 overs.
Opener Saurabh Tiwari was sent back to the pavilion for a duck, but Snehal Kauthankar stabilised the innings with a 41 balls 51. Anshul Kapoor was their second top scorer with 26 runs.
In the run chase, Sagun Kamat put up a fine performance to inspire his side to victory. He however, was deprived of a half century as he was dismissed for 49 in 29 balls smashing six boundaries and two sixes.
Reagan Pinto (31 not out) and Mansingh Nigade (30 not out) led Dempo to the match winning figure of 134/2, to claim an eight-wicket win.
This was Sarvodaya Royals’ second consecutive defeat while Dempo made it two wins in a row.
