Salcete FC defeated Navelim Villagers Union 6-0 at Rosary ground, Navelim.
Leander Fernandes scored a fine hat-trick for the winners.
Playing at their fortress, Navelim went all out in the very first minute, but Joshua goal-bound shot was saved by Salcete Sushant Naik.
Leander opened the scoring for Salcete FC in the 11th minute and in the next minute Velancio D’Costa doubled the lead. Josly Moura made it 3-0 in the 16th minute. Salcete led 3-0 at the break.
Crossing over, Salcete continued from where they had left from. Leander netted his brace in the 52nd minute. Colvin Monteiro made it 5-0 in the 62nd minute. Leander completed his hat-trick in the 82nd minute.
At Cansaulim ground, Ave Maria defeated USC Seraulim 1-0. Gurudas Chavan scored in the 68th minute for Ave Maria. Seraulim tried hard to find the equaliser but failed to break the rival defence.
At Raia Snow’s Football Academy defeated Don Bosco oratory Fatorda 5-2.
At Assolna ground, Wilfred Leisure, Curtorim beat Union of Chinchinim Villagers 2-1.
Wilfred Leisure scored through Maxon Fernandes and Sovin Cardozo, while Benson Fernandes pulled a goal back for Union of Chinchinim Villagers.
