The winners scored twice in each session of play.
It was Sheenan Fernandes, who opened the scoring for Salcete PE teachers through a placing strike while minutes before the breather Freddy Gomes doubled the lead when his long range strike crashed into the Bardez goal, 2-0.
On resumption of play, Salcete teachers continued from where they had left and fired in two more goals through Glen Colaco and Freddy to round off the score tally to 4-0.
The winners were awarded medals and the glittering trophy by chief guest Rohan Khaunte, MLA Porvorim constituency, guest of honour Vaishali Satardekar, Socorro ZP member.
Five retired teachers were felicitated namely D.K. Patel, Anantrao Patel, Clara Fernandes, C.J. Madwalkar and Verghese Vadakel.
