MARGAO: Salgaocar Football Club and FC Goa shared points in a six goals thriller after playing a 3-3 draw in the Goa Football Association Division I league at Sinquetim ground, Navelim on Monday.
FC Goa broke the deadlock in the 14th minute through Aaryav Antonio Da Costa. Aaryan doubled the account in the 19th minute to give his side an early two-goal advantage.
However, lack of concentration from FC Goa defence saw them concede two goals in as many minutes. Andreas Furtado pulled a goal back for Salgaocar Football Club in the 22nd minute before Reuben Barbosa made it all square in the 23rd minute.
With the scores being 2-2, FC Goa attacked in numbers in the final minutes of the first session and managed to regain the lead with Messi Colaco scoring in the 32nd minute.
Salgaocar Football Club kept pushing in search of the equaliser which they eventually scored in the 76th minute through Emmanuel Gama.
