SOLVA -RAIA: Samar Warriors defeated Pujari 6, 3-0 to move into the next round of the Gandhi Boys Sports Club Raia volleyball tournament, at Gandhi Road Raia ground, on Monday.
Samar Warriors won 25-14, 25-20 and 25-20.
Clint, Luis and Ambrose Pereira of Samar warriors combined efforts took their team to a comfortable win while Poojari of Poojari 6 with his good blocking and smashing tactics was adjudged the man-of-the-match.
