PANJIM: Samrat SC, Vazrem defeated Nageshi Youth, Bandoda by 6 wickets, in the Betim United all-Goa panchayat level T-20 cricket tournament, at SAG ground, Campal, on Thursday.
In the first quarter finals, Nageshi Youth, Bandoda elected to bat and scored 135 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
In reply, Samrat Vazrem surpassed the total in 16.6 overs. Yatish Naik (55) was declared the man of the match for his fine performance.
In another match, Rounak Mayem Crickters beat Maratha Warriors, Pirna by 4 runs.
