CHICALIM: Saraswat RCC Mapusa defeated Borda RCC by 4 wickets to book their place in the final of the Saurabh Sardesai U-19 inter RCC cricket tournament organised by Vasco Warriors Cricket Academy and played at SAG ground, Chicalim, on Saturday.
Batting first Borda RCC scored 155 runs in 34.2 overs. Shriyash Gawande top scored with 48 runs.
For Saraswat RCC, Umang Gosavi was the most successful bowler who took 4 wickets in 16 runs. In reply, Saraswat RCC scored 157 for 6 in 36 overs with Yash and Udit scored 44 and 52 runs respectively.
