Sarvodaya enter semis

PANJIM: Sarvodaya Cricket Club registered a five wicket victory over Polem Cricket Club to enter the semi-final of 33rd Late Nanda Lolayekar Topry cricket tournament, organized by Mashem Cricket Club, at Mashem, Canacona, on Sunday.
Polem won the toss and elected to bat, posting 228 in 33.5 overs. Audhhot Amonkar 83 top scored while Atul Yadav (23) and Sandesh Naik (20) added vital runs. Divyanshu Chowdhari clinched six wickets, giving away 29 runs.
Sarvodaya chased the target in 33.3 overs with five wickets in hand. Divyanshu Chowdhary scored 105 runs in 75 balls. Gaurav Desai (55) and Vikas Shetty (31) were the other notable run scorers.
