In the final, SS Angle HSS won the toss and decided to bat first, scoring 161 runs with a 142-run partnership for the second wicket between Saiesh Kamat (67 n.o.) and Chandrashekhar Gaonkar (74) losing three wickets. Pravesh Pagi and Purnank Bhandari took one wicket each.
In the run chase, K. B. Vidyalaya managed to score 108 runs in 19.4 overs. Gratik Pagi scored 21 runs while Manish Naik Gaonkar and Sairaj Dhuri scored 14 runs each while Harshad Naik Gaonkar scored 12 runs.
Sujay Kolwalkar was wrecker-in-chief as he took four wickets in four overs sparing 11 runs. Saiesh Kamat claimed two wickets while Chandrashekhar Gaonkar and Sourabh Naik bagged one wicket each.
Following individual prizes were awarded: Best Bowler of the tournament: Manish Naik Gaonkar, Best Batsman of the tournament: Harshad Naik Gaonkar (both K.B. Vidyalaya), Man-of-the-match final: Saiesh Kamat, Man of the tournament: Chandrashekhar Gaonkar (both S.S. Angle HSS).
Prize distribution function was attended by Daya Pagi, former ZP and executive member Goa Cricket Association; Santan Costa, panch VP Loliem-Polem; Janardhan Bhandari, president CSA; Sharendra Naik, secretary, CSA; Saurabh Kamat, Santosh Satarkar, PE Teacher; Sachin Naik, umpire; Minu Fernandes and Anthony Fernandes.
The tournament was organised by Canacona Sports Academy in memory of cricketer Shubham Naik in association with Mandovi Pariwar and Shubham Naik Trust.
