KIRBHAT -NUVEM: Sporting Club of Davorlim outplayed Fr Agnel YC Paroda 4-1 to enter into the final of the Parish Youth Cup inter-village football tournament organised by Parish Youth Nuvem, at Jesus Mary and Joseph Church ground, Nuvem, on Wednesday.
SC Davorlim netted the first goal of the match in the first minute through midfielder Milton Colaco’s solo effort shot. In the 13th minute, Davorlim striker Perryson Rebello took a diagonal shot from the top of the Paroda box which crushed into Paroda net to make it 2-0.
Davorlim further inflated the lead through Robinson Colaco in the 30th minute.
In the 35th minute, Paroda pulled a goal back through Pascoal Fernandes.
In the second half, Davorlim’s Mabel Miranda made it 4-1 in the 56th minute.
SC Davorlim will now meet the winner of Betalbatim SC and Cuncolim Union in the final.
