CURTORIM: SCC Loutolim got the better of Parish Youth Nuvem 3-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the Wilred Leisure Soccer Cup, organised by Wilred Leisure SC, Curtorim, at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Thursday.
Either of the teams started the match on an attacking note, however, the Loutolim side netted the first goal of the match through Mark Fernandes’ placement shot in the 37th minute, however, PY Nuvem levelled terms through Shubert Colaco.
Sandip Konde netted a brace for Loutolim to make it 3-1.
SCC Loutolim will now meet Chandor Club in the quarter-finals on August 1.
