NAGOA-VERNA: Scorpions Boys blanked Goa Police 5-0 to move into the next round of the first all Goa 5v5 futsal tournament, at Bulls Arena Astro turf, Nagoa-Verna, on Monday.
Scropions netted through Romario, Jaison and Remy. while Clive netted a brace.
In the other matches of the day, Imthird Boys defeated Cutre Boys 2-0. Villagers thumped Carona Boys 6-0.
Samba Boys beat Rachol Boys 9-8. While, KFC Boys downed City Makers 3-2. Vailankanni Boys, Merces edged past Faria Strikers, Cansaulim 3-2.
The inaugural match was kicked off by Fr Edson Fernandes (Parish Priest of Nagoa Church).
