Scrabble workshop at Nagoa

The second Scrabble workshop organised by Pax of Nagoa Sports Club was held at St Joseph Convent High School, Nagoa, recently.
In all, 80 students from Std VIII to X participated in the workshop.
Savio Pinto, general secretary of the club addressed the students and introduced the national players, who had sacrificed their valuable time for the success of the workshop.
Savio further explained the importance of scrabble, which has caught the attention world over.
Having represented the State at the National level, Savio along with Irineu Gonsalves, Joe Rodrigues, Jacky Fernandes, Douglus Lobo, and Basil Pinto, looks forward to produce the best scrabble players from Goa.
A similar workshop was organised by Savio in June for Our Lady of Succour High School, Nagoa, under the aegis of Pax of Nagoa Sports Club.
