PANJIM: Sesa Football Academy concluded their GFA U-14 First Division League campaign on a high after a 4-0 win against Sporting Clube de Goa at Don Bosco ground, Panjim, on Sunday. 

Sesa Football Academy dominated the first 35 minutes of the half as they created chances through their star front three – Sendy Mangte, Sahil Mohammed and Nishar. 

SFA boys had a chance on the left wing in the first half as Sahil made darting runs forward and attempted a few shots cutting inside. Sporting Clube de Goa had their chance in the first half after Romson Romao hit the post from a free-kick. 

Sendy Mangte won a corner and crossed it into the danger area deep inside Sporting Clube penalty box but no player managed to get a touch on it. 

Crossing over, Sesa FA took the lead in the second half after Sendy Mangte made a run on the left wing, crossed it inside the box for Sahil who took a heavy touch. However, Sahil crossed the ball back into the box for Sendy who caught the keeper out of position to take the lead. 

Sendy Mangte scored second of the game to give SFA a two-goal cushion after a cross from right wing was spilled by the keeper and Sendy converted the loose ball from close range. 

Immediately, Sesa FA scored again through Sendy who completed his hat-trick after he buried the ball from close range after Bikram provided an assist from right wing. 

Sendy grabbed his fourth after an assist and a brilliant run from Nishar allowed him to dribble past the keeper and place it into the back of the net. 

Sesa are currently 2nd in the league.
