MAPUSA: Sesa FA proved to be too good for Calangute Association as they drubbed them by 12-1 margin in the GFA’s U-15 Division I League match played at Poriat ground, on Tuesday.
Sesa FA pinned their opponents mostly in their won territory where they pumped in seven goals before the breather. Leo Soram (2), Johnson Rama (4), Pramod Gawas (3), Rehan Kalangutkar (2) did most of the damage, with Khyna Godinho, adding his name to the score’s list. Rohan Xaxa scored the consolation goal for Calangute Association.
In the next match, South Goa United Club also drubbed Pax of Nagoa SC by 11-0 margin. The highlight of the match was five-goal blitz from Jayden Pinto.
On Monday, at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Parra, Don Bosco Oratory Panjim managed to scrape past Ucassaim SC by 3-2 margin. Sherwin Miranda, Mayur Kavlekar and Dwayne Mendes scored for Don Bosco Oratory Panjim, while Christopher Coutinho and Harsh Maldar scored for Ucassaim SC lads.
