PANJIM: Sesa Football Academy restricted Sporting Clube de Goa to a stalemate in their final fixture of the GFA U-16 First Division League campaign at Don Bosco ground, Panjim.
Sesa FA started on a positive note as their front three created chances but Sporting Clube de Goa defence maintained their backline to restrict the strikers from taking a strike. They both attempted a shot on goal each; One was saved by SFA captain and keeper Harshit Upadhyay and the other was off target.
Sesa FA had their best chance of the game in the first half as Uzzrah Carrasco’s corner attempt found the top bar directly and on the rebound was struck hard and low by Atharv Ghadi but was off target.
In the second half, Sesa FA had four shots on target and dominated possession but failed to find the back of the net.
