FATORDA: Sharada English HS, Marcel downed Government HS, Valkini 2-0 to book their place in the semis of the U-17 girls South District Subroto Mukherjee inter-school football tournament organised by DSYA, at Astroturf ground, Fatorda on Friday.
Rutiksha Naik gave the lead to Sharada in the 15th minute.
Later, Riya Folkar doubled it in the 30th minute.
Sharada will now meet Rosary HSS, Navelim in the semis on August 21.
In another match, OL of Piety HS, Collem- Dharbandora defeated St Joseph Vaz HS of Mormugao 2-0.
Nusrat Kotiwale and Tanvi Khedekar scored for the winners.
