SINQUETIM-NAVELIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant inaugurated the football ground of Sinquetim-Navelim through virtual platform in the presence of Navelim MLA and MD of GSIDC Luizinho Faleiro and Mapusa MLA and GSIDC vic-chairman Joshua D’Souza, on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Pramod Sawant said, “We are trying to give best health infrastructure during this difficult and we have never neglected other projects.”
“This project took some time but we have provided the best international standards to this ground with all the facilities. We are handing it over to Navelim panchayat and its people. With this good infrastructure, I hope we will also produce the best of players,” he added.
ZP members Ulhas Tuenkar, Edwin Cardozo, Navelim sarpanch Bevinda Gonsalves, Our Lady of Rosary parish priest Fr Arlinio D’Mello were also part of the virtual inauguration.
