RAIA: Snows Football Academy registered a solitary goal victory over Ave Maria SC in the GFA’s U-16 football league match, at Panchayat ground, Raia, on Tuesday.
The all-important goal came from the boots of Nigel Coutinho with a deft placement in the 12th minute. Nigel was set up by Mairon Colaco.
At Curtorim ground, Wilred Leisure SC defeated Macazana Welfare Association 3-0 with goals from Clifton Fernandes in the 20th minute and a brace from Joy Hilario in the 35th and 78th minutes.
At Varca ground, the match between Churchill Brothers SC and Sirlim SC was postponed from Wednesday morning.
