MAPUSA: St Anne’s High School, Thivim blanked Holy Cross High School, Siolim 3-0, to sail into the final of the U-17 girls Nehru Hockey inter-school tournament, organized by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, at Peddem Complex, on Thursday.
Shefali Temkar netted a brace, while Nikita N added her name to the scorers list.
In another match St Anthony’s High School, Monte Guirim drubbed Holy Cross High School, Bastora 10-0.
R. Geeta netted six goals while Julia B scored a brace, with Prajwala H. and Nikita S scoring a goal each.
The final will be played on Saturday evening.
