RAIA: St Anthony, Colva moved into quarter-finals defeating Maina SC 3-1 in the inaugural match of 1st Antonio Rebelo memorial football tournament organised by Curtorim Gymkhana, at DSYA ground, Curtorim, on Monday.
St Anthony scored the first goal through Clifford Fernandes in the 9th minute. Maina SC missed the chance to equalise when Jameson Noronha’s shot hit the crossbar.

In second half, St Anthony scored the second goal through Denilson Fernandes in the 38th minute. Maina SC pulled one goal back through Draston Rebelo to make it 1-2. St Anthony scored their third goal through Clifford Fernandes to make it 3-1.
Clifford Fernandes of St Anthony was given the man-of-the-match award by Maria Rebelo, wife of late Antonio Rebelo.
