In the first half, both teams failed to score.
Crossing over, St. Anthony SC opened the scoring after Jerry Fernandes’ ground shot off a well connect by Welson Fernandes landed straight into the net in the 39th minute.
Don Bosco Oratory soon equalised in the 44th minute with the efforts of Rego Barreto’s long range shot.
At the end of regulation time, the teams settled for a 1-1 draw.
In the resultant tie-breaker, St Anthony SC netted through Soccoro Fernandes, Alton Vaz, Socorro Fernandes and Seby Fernandes while Cliff Baretto was the lone scorer for Don Bosco Oratory.
The winners were awarded Rs 40,000 plus trophy while runners-up Rs 30,000 plus trophy.
Other individual prizes, best goalkeeper Blington Baretto (Don Bosco Oratory), best player of the final Rego Barretto (Don Bosco Oratory), first goal of the final Jerry Fernandes (St Anthony SC).
Reginald Lawrence, MLA of Curtorim constituency was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of Edwin Cardoza, ZP member; Fr Victor Viegas, parish priest of Dramapur Church; Edcy Fernandes and Netty Ferrao.
Earlier, president Devanand Pereira welcomed while secretary Seby Soares compered and proposed the vote of thanks.
