RAIA: St Anthony SC, Assolda defeated Cuncolim Union, 14-13, via the tie-breaker and moved into the quarter-finals of the Fr Agnelo Youth Soccer football tournament organised by Fr Agneli Youth Sports Club at Avedem-Quepem, Paroda on Saturday.
Joseph Fernandes of Assolda missed a chance to score in the 8th minute. Three minutes later Vinod Velip power packed shot missed the Assolda target by whiskers.
In the tie-breaker St Anthony SC, Assolda proved to be better shooters.
