BENAULIM: St Anthony Sports Club, Assolda pipped SC Davorlim 1-0 and moved into the quarter-final of the Cana Benaulim Panchayat Cup 2022 at St John Baptist ground, Dando, Benaulim on Sunday.
Richard Fernandes netted the match winner for Assolda in the 22nd minute. Donald Rocha of Davorlim’s power packed shot hit the Assolda post and went out of play in the 66th minute.
