PANJIM: Santo Estevam SC got the better of Vaddy SC 4-2 in the GFA Second Division League match, played at Goa Velha ground, on Monday.
Vaddy led 2-1 at the break. St Estevam took the lead in the 3rd minute through Mahesh Naik. However, Vaddy regrouped quickly and levelled terms in the 5th minute through Joe Pires. Damodar gave Vaddy the lead in the 22nd minute.
Crossing ends, Santo Estevam scored three goals through Prabhakar Shet, Mayur Bhagat and Ashish Gawaj.
