Meliston Pereira scored for Panchawadi while Filton D’Cunha equalized for St Mathews.
In the penalty shoot-out, Melvin Fernandes, Stanley Pires, Seanbert Pereira, Charles Vaz scored for Azossim while Arron Almeida, Planton Fernandes, Silveston Pereira converted for Panchawadi.
