PANJIM: St Mathias, Azossim entered the semi-finals of Trawler Owners Cup 2013, organised by Siridao Boys.
St. Mathias got the better of Ranger Boys Taleigao vie tie-breaker 4-2 in the quarter-finals played at River Plate, Siridao.
At the end of regulation time, the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
St Mathias ventured into the lead in 10th minute in the first half. Ranger’s equalizer came in the 22nd minute of the second half. Both the teams had equal chances but could not capitalise on the chances that came their way.
St Mathias scored 4-2 to enter the semi-finals. Now, they will meet Loutolim United in the semi-finals.
