SAO JOSE DE AREAL: St Rock Youth Club, Calata-Majorda got the better of Varca Sports Club 4-1 to enter the quarter-finals of the Areal Panchayat inter-village football tournament, played at Padribhat ground on Thursday.
Roygen Pereira of Majorda netted a hat-trick scoring in the 4th, 49th and 60th minutes respectively, while Oscar Braganza netted a goal for Majorda in the 45th minute. Varca’s Joylon Cardozo pulled a goal back in the 75th minute.
