CALANGUTE: St. Roque Youth Club, Majorda thrashed Penha de Franca 4-0 to move into the quarter-finals of 6th Reira Cup inter-village football tournament organised by Saligao Sporting Club at Sporting ground, Saligao, Monday. Majorda led 1-0 at break.
After initial resistance from Penha de Franca defense, Majorda forged ahead in the 20th minute through Naven Mendes.
Changing over, Majorda enjoyed the upper hand and scored at ease in the 40th, 50th and 69th minutes through Aliston Monteiro, Samson Braganza and Royston Pacheco respectively.
