St Savio SC take it easy

MAPUSA: St Savio Sports Club, Calangute grounded PVC, Parra 5-0 to advance into the next round of Aldona Cup all-Goa football tournament, oraganized by Quitula Sports Club, at Quitula ground, on Sunday. They led 2-0 at half time.
St Savio opened the scoring in the 10th minute through Blake Haldankar off a pass from Pedro Gonsalves.
Subsequently, Mario Lobo made it 2-0 in the 20th minute with a scorching 20-yarder that beat Parra keeper Joseph Pacheco hands down.
Post resumption, Blake secured his brace while Joaquim Gonsalves joined the party in the 68th minute with a rasping long ranger.
In the next minute, hardworking Pedro scored off a free-kick.
Saligao Sporting Club will meet Goa Velha Sports Clun in the next match, on Tuesday.
