MAPUSA: St Xavier’s Higher Secondary School Mapusa Bardez registered a comfortable 2-0 win over Governament Higher Secondary School Sanquelim to emerge champions of the North District U-17 Boys Subroto Mukherjee football, organised by DYSA, played at Quitula grounds, here on Saturday.
Hudson D’Mello and Osrick Trindade scored for the winning team.
Both the teams qualified for State level final.
For the third place Dempo HSS Cujira defeated Govt HSS Volpoi.
