NAGOA: India U-17 World Cup team beat Mauritius 3-0 in a friendly match played at Nagoa ground, on Thursday.

NAGOA: India U-17 World Cup team beat Mauritius 3-0 in a friendly match played at Nagoa ground, on Thursday.
India dominated the match and had two corners in their favour in their first half but could not score any goals.
Indian Sanjear connected a well measured ball to Komal but was brilliantly tackled by Adriano Rouge, defender of Mauritius, in the 14th minute.
Geraldo Mitraille, striker of Mauritius tried a solo shot but the three men defence of India stood tall.
India had a hatful of goal scoring chances in the first half but failed to score.
Coach Norton made lots of Substitutions in the second half and brought in Boris , Ninthringantra, Naganla, Joynaa, Saurab and others. 
In the second half, India netted all goals through all three substitutes Boris Singh in the 65th minute. Then within 14 minutes, Saurabh netted the second for India and in the 90th minute Aniket made it 3-0 for India.
As the news of this match reached the students and others, they made made it to the ground to watch this match. When asked about the India team performance most of the students were satisfied and they liked Abhijet, Boris Singh and Aniket of India.
