They defeated Fr Agnel Multipurpose HSS, Verna 25-12, 25-16 in the final. The team: Salim Latifnavar, Saish Pednekar, Devendra Korgaonkar, Siddesh Vengurlekar, Shivam Gawandi, Sainath Raul, Anish Motekar, Piyush Tiwari, Jagpreet Bhatia, Dayanand Naik (coach), Samir Pavaskar (manager). The team alongwith Braz Rodrigues zonal sports organiser, Abdulla Khan throwball coach, Yogesh A Parab state sports organizer, Chetan Desai and Kiran Dhargalkar. Dempo HSS of Commerce, Mira Mar got the better of Shiroda HSS, Shiroda 25-7 25-8 to secure the third spot.
