PARODA: Tilamol United SC shot-out CAC Cansaulim 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of the Assis Afonso Memorial Youth Soccer organised by Fr. Agnelo Youth Sports Club, Paroda-Quepem, at Panchayat ground, Avedem-Paroda, on Sunday.
Cansaulim’s Agnelo D’Souza missed a chance to score in tenth minute of the first half to score.
In the 37th minute, Cansaulim opened the score-line through Kenneth Da Costa but the joy was short-lived as Tilamol equalised through Melvin Carvalho in the 50th minute.
In the tie-breaker, Tilamol netted through Macklon Colaco, Melvin Carvalho, Diogo Oliveira and Assiz Carvalho while Agnelo D’Souza, Chadwick Furtado and Roshwel Figuerido scored for CAC Cansaulim.
