RAIA: United Club of Seraulim edged past Ambelim SC 5-4 via tie-breaker to move into the semi-finals of the Tavares Family inter-village football tournament played at Cuncolim school playground, on Tuesday.
At the end of regulation time, both teams failed to open an account.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Dickson Rogtao, Oliver D’Souza, Brenson Fernandes, Selroy Fernandes and Seneton Fernandes were on target for UC Seraulim, while Vishal Arakar, Leiston Fernandes, Asfin Pinto and Blasco Fernandes netted for Ambelim SC.
Dickson Rogtao of UC Seraulim was adjudged as the man-of-the-match.
