Leon Kerketa put United Ucassaim ahead in the 15th minute of play with a neat placement 1-0.
Rohit Harijan pumped in the second goal by scoring from the penalty spot, 2-0.
Just five minutes into the second session, Roger Miranda rounded off the score tally to 3-0, scoring from inside the 18-yard box.
