CUMBORDA CURTORIM: Unjirim United got the better of Batora United 4-1 to move into next round of the 4th Cumborda Sports Club football tournament, organised by Cumborda Sports Club, at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Thursday.
Unjirim took an early lead in the fifth minute through Floyd.
Joy made it 2-0 for Unjirim in the 10th minute. Unjirim scored their third goal in the 15th minute through Ravin. Edmund pulled a goal back for Batora in the 25th minute.
Post resumption, Batora tried hard to find the net but couldn’t succeed. Floyd scored his brace in the 50th minute to make it 4-1in the 51st minute.
The man-of-the-match was awarded to Delton from Batora United.
