PORVORIM: Vaddem Boys scored a convincing 3-0 win over Mix Friends-C in the Porvorim Premier League, at Penha de Franca church ground, on Saturday.
Abraham opened the scoring for Vaddem Boys in the 29th minute. Roshan doubled the lead in the very next minute while Shubham added his name on the scoresheet to make it 3-0 in favour of Vaddem Boys.
In the other match, St. Anthony Boys were held to a 0-0 draw by spirited Mix Friends-A.
Both the teams played good football with both teams hitting the post on several occasions.
The chance of the game fell to Clint from St Anthony when he was one-on-one with the keeper and Mohammad saved the day for Mix Friends-A with a spectacular save.
