Vagator opened the scoring in the 22nd minute through Tukaram Corjuenkar off a pass from Nitesh Salgaonkar.
Post resumption, Vagator doubled their advantage through Rohan Kamble off a pass from Sameer Govenkar.
In the 48th minute, Sameer Govekar made it 3-0 after receiving a cross from Tukaram.
Akash Dabolkar scored the fourth goal with a neat placement which beat Sinquerim keeper Devraj Tari, in the injury time.
