BENAULIM: Varca SC edged out SCC Cavelossim 4-2 via the tie-breaker to enter the quarter-final of the Cana-Benaulim Panchayat Cup organised by St Sebastian Union Benaulim, at St John the Baptist ground, on Sunday.
Neither of the teams were able to convert the chances that were created as the score was goalless at the end of regulation time.
In the tie-breaker Varca SC netted through Bob Velroy, Nash Pereira, Taylan Cardozo and Tennyson Rosa while Joyson Estibeiro and Aston Vaz scored for Cavelossim.
