Betalbatim Sports Club emerged champions in GFA Under-18 First Division League 2008-09 with a tally of 35 points, having registered 11 victories, two draws and one loss from 14 matches.
Dempo finished runners-up with an aggregate of 33 points, with 10 victories, three draws and one loss..
Vasco Club, which is also not doing well in ONGC I-League and are currently at the bottom, finished last with a tally of just 3 points and as such stand demoted to GFA Under-18 Second Division.
SAI Sports Hostel has been promoted to GFA Under-18 First Division.
