MURIDA-FATORDA: Verna Parish Youth defeated Fatorda Parish Youth 1-0 in the final of the Our Lady of Rosary Parish Youth Futsal Trophy at DBO ground, Fatorda on Sunday.
Savio Fernandes scored the match-winner for Verna Parish Youth in the 34th minute.
Fr Carmo Martins Parish Priest of Our Lady of Rosary Church, Fatorda gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of Fr Kinley D’Cruz Principal of Don Bosco College Fatorda, Fr Aldrin D’Costa, Youth Animator of Our Lady of Rosary Church, Fatorda and other dignitaries.
