Vero Nunes elected TTFI vice-president

PANJIM: Vero Nunes, president of Goa Table Tennis Association was unanimously elected vice-president of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) at the annual general body meeting held in Delhi, recently. 
Dushyant Chawtala was elected as the president of TTFI while Arun Banerjee and MP Singh were elected as treasurer and general secretary respectively.
Nunes has a rich experience not only as the administrator but also as a player, having been a State champion. He also represented Goa at the Nationals for 12 years. He was the chairman of Technical committee for the Common Wealth Championship, Asian Championship and other National events. Nunes also accompanied the Indian team as the Manager for World Championship in Malaysia, Japan open and Korean Open.
