ASSOLNA: Viva North Veterans blanked Navelim Veterans 5-0 to move into the semi-final of the Assolna Veterans football tournament played at SAG ground Assolna, on Thursday.
Pascoal Pereira opened the scoring for Viva Veterans in the tenth minutes before they netted another goal through Raymond Alvares to make it 2-0.
Within four minutes, Alex Alvares made it 3-0 for Viva Veterans before Pascoal Pereira and Franky Mascarenhas added their names on the score sheet to make it 5-0 in the 49th and 51st minutes respectively to take the tally to 5-0.
