In the first half Vultures were leading by 1-0 through Anthony Dias in the 15th minute with a half volley placement of a supply by Savio Fernandes.
After changing sides, Vultures upped the pace and doubled the lead through Savio Fernandes’ long ranger as he was assisted by Anthony Dias in the 55th minute.
Anthony Dias of Vultures was the Man-of-the-Match while Jurgen Colaco of Nuvem Warriors was awarded the Emerging Player of the Match award.
On Wednesday Eagles defeated Hilltop Strikers 3-0 to move ahead in the tournament. In the first half, Eagles took the lead through Joaquim Coutinho in the 10th minute while the latter secured his brace five minutes later with a rasping shot. Thereafter, Eagles upped the pace and made it 3-0 through Stanley D’Mello in the 55th minute.
The Man-of-the-Match was awarded to Joaquim.
