MAPUSA: YSC Colvale registered a fluent 3-1 win over Miracles SC in the GFA’s Third Division League Bardez Zone match played at Moira ground, on Tuesday. John Mendonca put his team ahead in the very second minute with a neat placement, 1-0. Just five minutes later, Cyrus Da Cruz doubled his team’s lead on entering the 18-yard box, 2-0.
On crossing over, Adarsh Fadte scored from the penalty spot to make it 3-0. In the dying minutes of the match, Miracles SC scored their consolation goal from the boots of Joydon Alvares in the 87th minute.
John Mendonca received his second caution in the 41st minute and was given marching orders by Referee Ritesh Parsekar.
