PANJIM: After intense battles in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, rising stars Yug Prabhu and Ruhaan Shaikh emerged victorious in the U-11 boys singles category setting the stage for a thrilling final clash in the All-Goa State Table Tennis Championship 2023-24 organised by the South Goa Table Tennis Council in collaboration with the Goa Table Tennis Association and the Sports Authority of Goa at the multipurpose stadium, Fatorda, on Thursday.
In the U-13 boys singles, Chandan Caro and Dhruva Kamat showcased exceptional talent, securing their places in the finals after a series of impressive victories.
Additionally, the U-15 boys singles category promised an exciting showdown, with Chandan Caro and Khushal Naik emerging as the finalists after intense semi-final encounters.
Results: U-11 boys singles (quarter-finals): Yug Prabhu bt Noel Kurian 3-0, Vedant Wagle bt Ishaan Colaco 3-0, Yuvaan Sanke bt Kavish Dalvi 3-1, Ruhaan Shaikh bt Oziel Cordo 3-0.
