CALANGUTE: Milagres Sports Club, Mapusa hammered Sodiem Sports Club 4-1 to move into the quarter-finals of Pilerne Panchayat Cup inter-village football tournament organized by Pilerne Sports Club at Pilerne ground, Monday.
After a barren first half, Milagres forged ahead in the 10th minute of the second session through Shailesh Misquin.
Subsequently, Casmiro doubled the lead for three minutes later and Misquin scored his second.
Rajesh Pomburpekar reduced the margin for Sodiem.
In the final minutes, Misquin scored his third with an adroit placement.
